Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Innovate AI Systems (“Innovate AI Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit innovateaisystems.com and related pages, register for events, download resources, take our AI Readiness Scorecard, book a call, purchase a program, or otherwise interact with us (together, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details — such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, job role, city, state and country.
  • Form responses — such as the challenges, goals and answers you share in forms, assessments and the AI Readiness Scorecard (including your score).
  • Event and program information — registrations, attendance and preferences.
  • Payment information — purchases are processed by our payment processor (for example, Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Communications — messages you send us by email, phone, text or chat.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the date and time of visits.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep forms working, remember preferences, measure site performance and understand which content is useful. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, schedule calls and deliver the resources, events, programs and services you request.
  • To personalize recommendations — for example, based on your Scorecard results or the challenge you describe.
  • To send service messages and, where permitted, newsletters and information about events and offerings. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To process payments and maintain business records.
  • To improve our website, content and Services, and to keep them secure.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Text messages (SMS)

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we may send text messages related to your inquiry, appointments or events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • With service providers that help us operate the Services — such as website and CRM hosting, email and calendar tools, video-conferencing, analytics and payment processing — under obligations to protect it.
  • With partners or co-hosts of an event or program you register for, where that is clear at registration.
  • When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

5. AI tools and your information

We use AI tools responsibly in our own work. We do not enter personal information you submit through this website into public AI tools for model training. Client data shared during engagements is handled under the confidentiality terms of that engagement.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business, legal and accounting purposes, then delete or de-identify it.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Text: reply STOP.
  • Access, correction and deletion: email [email protected]. Depending on where you live — including Colorado and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws — you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal data and to opt out of targeted advertising or certain profiling. We will respond as required by applicable law, and you may appeal a decision by replying to our response.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

Our Services are intended for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites, such as event partners, YouTube, LinkedIn or Stripe. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
